Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Cloud & Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega Cloud, Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Next-Best-Action (NBA), and cloud-native architecture. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and enterprise architects to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design enterprise-grade Pega applications on Pega Cloud.
Lead end-to-end implementation of Pega CDH solutions, including Next-Best-Action (NBA), Decision Strategies, Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM), and Customer Profile Designer.
Define solution architecture aligned with business and enterprise standards.
Lead cloud migration, deployment strategy, and production releases.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, DevOps, and application teams to ensure high availability and performance.
Design secure integrations using REST/SOA services and enterprise messaging platforms.
Drive architecture reviews, code quality, governance, and best practices.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills

12+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in Pega.
Strong expertise in Pega Infinity and Pega Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
