Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, configuration, customization, and production support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in one or more SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, TM, BW/4HANA, ABAP, or SAP BTP, along with experience in end-to-end implementation and integration across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Configure, customize, and support SAP modules based on project requirements.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and migration projects.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.
• Perform system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP production issues while ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with third-party applications.
• Support data migration, master data management, and system enhancements.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and SAP best practice implementation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve business processes using SAP solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and SAP governance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with SAP ERP solutions.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and support.
• Expertise in one or more SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, BW/4HANA, ABAP, or SAP BTP.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration with external systems using APIs, IDocs, RFCs, or Web Services.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SAP data migration and master data management.
• Experience working with SAP Solution Manager and SAP Transport Management.
• Knowledge of SAP security roles and authorization concepts.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP CPI, or SAP Integration Suite.
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Experience with SAP HANA database and performance optimization.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in Banking, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, or Supply Chain domains.

Education

Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
