Job Title: Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant (Order Management & Pricing)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order Management and Advanced Pricing, along with hands-on experience in Oracle Retail modules. The ideal candidate will provide L2 Application Support, ensuring smooth operations of business-critical systems, including monitoring integrations, batch jobs, and data flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 Application Support for Oracle EBS and Retail applications
• Support modules including:
  • Oracle RMS (Retail Merchandising System)
  • RESA (Retail Sales Audit)
  • RHIM (Retail Invoice Matching)
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Merchandising systems
• Monitor and manage:
  • Batch jobs, integrations, and data flows
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues
• Ensure timely resolution of failures and incidents
• Work closely with business and technical teams for issue resolution
• Support Order Management and Advanced Pricing configurations
• Analyze and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries and scripts
• Maintain system stability, performance, and data integrity

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong experience in:
  • Oracle EBS R12 (Order Management & Advanced Pricing)
  • Oracle Retail modules (RMS, RESA, RHIM, GL, Merchandising)
• Hands-on experience in:
  • L2 Production/Application Support
  • Monitoring batch jobs and integrations
• Strong technical skills in:
  • SQL / PLSQL
• Experience with:
  • Databricks
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Technical Skills:

• Oracle EBS R12 (OM & Advanced Pricing)
• Oracle Retail (RMS, RESA, RHIM, GL)
• SQL / PLSQL
• Databricks
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail industry environments
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise support operations
• Familiarity with incident management and SLA processes
