Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead with 12+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Salesforce platform leadership, solution design, and delivery. The ideal candidate will lead Salesforce implementations, manage offshore/onshore teams, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise combined with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects
• Act as Salesforce Solution Lead, driving architecture, design, and best practices
• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and admins (onshore/offshore)
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance
• Perform solution design reviews, code reviews, and deployment planning
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Coordinate with business, QA, DevOps, and release management teams
• Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live stabilization
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of Salesforce experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
• Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows, Triggers, Batch & Async Apex
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, Middleware)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, permission sets
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, Salesforce deployment tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• MuleSoft or other integration platforms
• Salesforce Certifications:
