Implement and configure Coupa Optimization Engine solutions for complex sourcing and procurement initiatives. Design and execute advanced sourcing events involving multi-variable optimization scenarios. Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop sourcing strategies. Configure supplier award scenarios based on business constraints, cost objectives, capacity limitations, geographic considerations, and risk factors. Analyze sourcing event results and recommend optimal supplier award decisions. Support Supplier Risk Management processes and integrate risk assessment into sourcing decisions. Develop sourcing optimization models, bid analysis reports, and procurement dashboards. Work closely with business teams to improve procurement efficiency, supplier performance, and spend management. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing production support for Coupa sourcing applications. Participate in system upgrades, testing, enhancements, and deployment activities. Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, user guides, and training materials. Ensure adherence to procurement governance, compliance, and risk management standards. Required Skills Strong experience with Coupa Sourcing Optimization Engine. Knowledge of Complex Sourcing Events, Strategic Sourcing, and Procurement Operations. Experience in Supplier Risk Management and supplier evaluation processes. Understanding of sourcing optimization concepts, constraints modeling, and scenario analysis. Experience with spend analysis, supplier performance, and procurement workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and user training. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure succeful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
