Important: This role is open ONLY to Scrum Masters with prior experience.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong leadership presence to support enterprise-level agile delivery. This role requires the ability to influence without authority, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and escalate issues with clarity and intent to protect delivery commitments.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, exercises sound judgment, and engages the right stakeholders at the right time to reduce enterprise risk and ensure predictable delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
  • Facilitate Scrum and Agile practices for cross-functional teams working on moderately complex initiatives, maintenance efforts, or non-project work.
  • Drive resolution of team impediments, cross-team dependencies, and delivery risks through proactive, fact-based influence of Product Owners, technology partners, and leadership.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate risks early within the sprint and planning horizon, ensuring visibility into impacts on scope, schedule, quality, and compliance.
  • Escalate issues with clear context, actionable options, and recommendations-not just awareness.
  • Serve as a trusted escalation partner, reinforcing enterprise agile standards, risk management expectations, and transparency around trade-offs and decisions.
  • Guide teams in backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint readiness, and commitment.
  • Optimize team flow and velocity using WIP limits, dependency tracking, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
  • Ensure delivery aligns with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), release management processes, security, risk, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with discipline managers and leaders to ensure governance alignment and adherence to enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Program Managers, and stakeholders to communicate delivery status, manage dependencies, and remove impediments.
  • Exercise independent judgment while operating within policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience
  • Prior Scrum Master experience (required)
  • Demonstrated accountability for delivery outcomes
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile environments
Must-Have Competencies
  • Influential leadership without formal authority
  • Risk and dependency management
  • Executive-level escalation and communication
  • Enterprise Agile delivery experience
Additional Information
  • This is an onsite role only (no remote options).
  • Conversion to full-time employment is possible based on performance and business needs.
