We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Intern to join our Research & Non-Clinical Development IT team. This role will provide hands-on support for Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) systems and data management initiatives. The intern will assist in creating data templates, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring data integrity across scientific workflows. Essential Functions - Support the successful implementation and adoption of an Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) system by assisting with data migration, template development, user training, and system testing to enhance RNCD efficiency and compliance. - Support configuration updates and template management under guidance. - Incorporating in vitro data for current projects into ELN - Assist with generating templates for data upload of in vitro data - Assist in data migration support by transferring legacy experimental data into the ELN - Improve data management and standardization for ELN - Generate Spotfire dashboards for data viewing and analytics - Create and update user guides, FAQs, and training materials. - Support virtual training sessions of new processes for Research & Non-Clinical Development team members - Work closely with IT Business Partners, scientists, and vendors to resolve ELN issues. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement ideas. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Master's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field. - Basic understanding of Laboratory workflows and scientific data concepts IT systems and troubleshooting practices. - Familiarity with data management tools or ELN platforms (preferred but not required). - Strong communication skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
