We are currently seeking a proven QA Analyst for a hybrid/onsite role. The ideal candidate will have success in managing and delivering large IT projectswithin a complex and rapidly changing environment. Active projects focus on data integration across three squads: one supporting homegrown software and vendor integrations, a second developing reporting functionality, and a third dedicated to client specific reporting. We are looking for Demonstrated experience in automated UI testing using API testing tools such as ThunderClient or SOAPUI, with Selenium experience preferred.

Requirements:

• A minimum of five (5) years of prior IT and/or Business-related experience, including at least five (5) years of Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Software Development experience.
• Experience testing APIs is required
• Practical knowledge of and experience with agile software development methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean)
• Knowledge of test methodologies and the difference between testing and checking.
• Ability to automate, or recognize the opportunity to automate, repeated tasks and tests.
• Basic understanding of typical web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs).
• Proficiency with databases and SQL queries.
• Experience in testing both integration processes and reporting that reference large data sets.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, especially with integrated testing is a plus
• Automated UI Testing with API Testing Tool such as ThunderClient or SOAPUI and Selenium experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, including experience speaking to technical and business audiences. Experience with Dynamics CRM a plus.
• Ability to partner with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Developers to review requirements, write user stories, discover risks, and identify areas to be tested, and help educate team members on testing approaches and methodology.
• Adaptability to change approach and priorities to meet the needs of the project and business.

Immediate start; full time 6-12+ month W2 contract engagement.
