Operations Quality Technician (Temporary) - Acton, MAPay: $24 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (4-day work week!)
We are hiring a detail-oriented
Operations Quality Technician for a temporary opportunity in Acton, MA. This role supports
manufacturing quality assurance, inspection, and compliance in a fast-paced production environment. Ideal candidates have experience in
cleanroom operations, microscope use, SAP data entry, and small component handling, though training is available for motivated learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality and reliability
- Accurately record inspection data using systems such as SAP, Excel, and electronic records
- Maintain quality documentation (device history records, training records)
- Verify equipment calibration and ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and GLP standards
- Support audits, inspections, and cross-functional manufacturing activities as needed
- Identify and report discrepancies to maintain safety and quality standards
- Maintain a cleanroom-ready workspace and follow all standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and English proficiency required
- Preferred: experience with microscopes, measurement tools (calipers, micrometers), cleanroom/gowning, lab or medical device manufacturing, and SAP
