System Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a System Administrator in Earth City, MO or West Side Flats, MN. This is a clerical/administrative position helping to front vendor application issues experienced by our users. The System Administrator will act as a liaison between Operations users and the vendor who provides us the software.

Responsibilities:
* Production support; Incident/problem management
* Clerical/administrative tasks; Open vendor tickets, manage them, report and follow up with vendor or requestor for status updates; Close them
* Monitoring reports and taking action depending on issue presented
* Assists with application system problem resolution by working with application developers, vendors, and internal infrastructure team members to troubleshoot
* Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of securities and/or securities operations industry experience
* Understand general technology
* Mid-level Excel experience
* Customer service-oriented
* SEI Trust 3000/SWP experience
* Experience prompting Microsoft Copilot
* Reliability engineering experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
