Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced
Senior Frontier Engineer to help build, strengthen, and govern enterprise AI harnesses using technologies such as
Claude Code and
Windsurf. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a multidisciplinary background spanning
software engineering, AI, data, and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and governing agentic systems, defining AI architecture standards, establishing technical frameworks for AI-powered platforms, and providing technical leadership to engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities- Build and enhance AI agent and skills execution environments.
- Develop validation and testing pipelines for AI solutions.
- Implement policy enforcement mechanisms and guardrails.
- Configure security, governance, and compliance controls.
- Create feedback loops to support self-healing AI workflows.
- Manage benchmarks, evaluation frameworks, and golden datasets.
- Establish auditability, monitoring, and observability standards.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of the AI skills ecosystem.
- Design and develop AI harness skills, templates, and reusable frameworks.
- Automate testing processes and solution deployment workflows.
- Prepare solution design and technical design documentation.
- Support modernization, transformation, and AI enablement initiatives.
Required Qualifications- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience building and hardening AI harnesses using Claude Code and Windsurf.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Commercial Generative AI solutions.
- Experience working with legacy, brownfield, and regulated enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of AI agent architecture, orchestration, and governance.
- Experience designing end-to-end conversational AI to production workflows.
- Expertise in test automation and AI solution lifecycle management.
- Proven experience creating technical architecture, solution design, and implementation documents.
- Experience building AI skills, agents, templates, and reusable accelerators.
- Knowledge of Greenfield, Brownfield, and SaaS transformation programs.
