Salary: $140,000.00 USD Annually - $165,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a ENGINEERING MANAGER in WI.

This is a strategic leadership position within our food manufacturing organization, where you will drive capital investment projects, shape long-term plant capacity and growth strategies, and lead a high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, budget, and present annual capital investment plans to Japan HQ.
  • Assess and update overall plant manufacturing capacity to inform mid- to long-term manufacturing and equipment strategies, directly supporting company growth initiatives.
  • Lead business development activities, including cost estimation for new facilities and creation of future plans for new plant construction.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent capital projects (annual budget exceeding $20M), including planning, budgeting, financial tracking, scheduling, and progress reporting.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience in equipment installation, plant construction, and capital project execution within a food manufacturing environment (essential).
  • In-depth knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation standards, and regulatory compliance in food production.
  • Demonstrated track record managing large-scale capital projects with budgets over $20M annually.
  • Strong project management skills across the full lifecycle, including budgeting, financial oversight, and multi-project handling.
  • Proficiency in engineering design tools, blueprint drafting, specifications development, and calculations.
