Job Title: Web Tech Lead (Frontend / Full Stack + AI / Agentic AI)
Location: Miami, FL (Onsite)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Web Tech Lead with strong expertise in modern frontend and full-stack technologies, along with a passion for building AI-driven digital experiences. This role focuses on creating the system of engagement layer, where user intent is seamlessly translated into intelligent, real-time actions through AI and agent-based systems.

You will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, adaptive, and personalized web applications, while staying hands-on with development and guiding engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of modern web applications using contemporary frontend and full-stack technologies
• Architect scalable frontend and backend-for-frontend (BFF) layers to support seamless user experiences
• Build and integrate AI-powered features and agent-based workflows into web applications
• Design systems that map user intent to intelligent actions through AI orchestration
• Work hands-on with AI integrations, APIs, and real-time data-driven interfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define and deliver next-generation digital solutions
• Ensure high standards in code quality, performance, scalability, and security
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best engineering practices
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies in AI, frontend, and full-stack ecosystems

Core Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React.js and Next.js, including SSR, ISR, and edge rendering
• Proficiency in TypeScript and component-based architecture
• Experience designing API orchestration layers, including BFF and GraphQL-based systems
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization, scalability, and responsive design
• Hands-on experience integrating AI services and APIs (e.g., LLM-based solutions)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or AI-enabled application development
• Familiarity with agent-based architectures, including workflow orchestration, tool usage, and contextual memory
