Position: IT Program Manager

Compensation: $53 - 63 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Program Manager to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced program management professional who enjoys leading complex systems initiatives and keeping multiple workstreams aligned. This role will support a major payroll and HR systems implementation effort, with pre-implementation planning already underway and a long-term path through delivery. You'll play a key part in organizing stakeholders, translating decisions into payroll impacts, and helping keep the project moving in the right direction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Lead payroll and finance workstreams for a major systems implementation
Coordinate meetings, action items, and project timelines
Partner closely with the HR program manager
Align SMEs and stakeholders across multiple functions
Translate system decisions into payroll impacts
Prepare leadership updates and presentation materials
Track implementation activities and project progress
Keep the team organized and focused on milestones

Required Qualifications & Experience:

At least 5 years of program or project management experience
Experience supporting system implementation projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized with excellent follow-through
Experience working with senior leadership
Ability to manage multiple priorities and moving parts
Background in payroll, HR, or HRIS implementations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

SAP experience
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Payroll process knowledge
Familiarity with enterprise HR and finance systems
