Job Summary:
- Drive execution of a multi-year, global enterprise data transformation, shifting from legacy systems to modern cloud infrastructure.
- Build, maintain, and own highly detailed project plans, tracking critical paths, resource allocation, and financials.
- Actively manage, challenge, and push third-party vendors and consultants to ensure accountability, on-time delivery, and adherence to technical standards.
- Seamlessly blend Agile and Waterfall frameworks to suit different phases of the infrastructure migration and business integration.
- Partner closely with business units, data engineering pods, and global architecture teams to navigate dependencies and eliminate blockers.
- Establish clear program governance frameworks and facilitate data-driven decision-making for executive and steering committees.
