Location: Findlay, Ohio (Onsite) and San Antonio, TX
2 openings Role Overview
This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with business partners, product/platform owners, and subject matter experts to solve business problems. This role is vital to the support, development, and enhancement of Finance systems and processes. It will also ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and aligned with enterprise technologies. The position will be part of a Forecast Transformation project.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive critical projects and deliver value-added enhancements.
- Gather, document, coordinate, and facilitate business requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate user testing.
- Engage in process documentation, system configuration, integrations, and report design.
- Support the functionality of applications across the corporate functions organization.
- Provide documentation support and coordination with other teams.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst on large projects, focusing on data integration.
- Demonstrated ability in documentation and requirements gathering.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Technical Skills:- Experience with OneStream and integrating with third-party solutions is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Hyperion is considered a plus.
Qual call notes:Currently use Hyperion for financial forecasting, some business units currently don't use this tool
Project aims at forecasting using tool vs manual processes which some groups are currently still using
Deloitte is the implementation partner, and these BSAs would be playing a support function
BSAs to help coordinate and facilitate requirements gathering
One internal MPC BSA will be the lead and assisting our two resources
Experience with Hyperion or with Onestream would be ideal, but a nice to have
Most work with be from a data integration experience
Lots of documentation work and taking in requirements
Strong organizational skills and coordination work with other teams
Overall we just need really strong BSAs, who have been on large project focusing on data integration
