Position: Delivery Engagement Manager

Job Description:

Customer Engagement:

Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for the customer.
Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and leadership.
Understand business objectives and align delivery outcomes to customer expectations.
Manage escalations and customer satisfaction.

Delivery Management:

Oversee successful delivery of projects, programs, or managed services.
Track scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
Coordinate offshore, nearshore, and onshore teams.
Ensure governance, reporting, and compliance requirements are met.

Business Management:

Identify opportunities for account growth and additional services.
Support renewals, change requests, and contract discussions.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Skills Required:

Service Delivery Manager, Engagement Manager.
QA Transformation, Process, Testing best practices, Program management
Strong soft skills including communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, managing large globally distributed team including team building/mentoring.
