Hiring: Lead ServiceNow HAM Pro & CMDB Consultant
Location: Remote

We are seeking a senior ServiceNow Consultant with strong expertise in HAM Pro, CMDB, and CSDM to support a large-scale Hardware Asset Management transformation project.

Key Skills:
✔ ServiceNow HAM Pro
✔ CMDB & CSDM
✔ Hardware Model Normalization (HMN)
✔ ITAM / Hardware Asset Management
✔ Data Center Infrastructure Assets
✔ Asset Lifecycle & End-of-Life Management
✔ Requirements Gathering & User Stories

Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Gather and document business requirements
• Create user stories for delivery teams
• Support CMDB data quality, governance, and normalization initiatives
• Drive HAM Pro adoption for data center assets
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business teams through implementation and UAT
