Randstad is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and facilitate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) for a high-profile client. This role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and the ability to drive large-scale program execution aligned with business strategy and OKRs.
The RTE will act as a servant leader and facilitator, ensuring smooth delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
๐ Key Responsibilities
๐น PI Planning & Preparation
- Lead end-to-end PI Planning activities
- Ensure ART backlog readiness using WSJF prioritization
- Facilitate 2-day in-person PI Planning events
๐น ART Execution & Coordination
- Facilitate ART-level ceremonies:
- Coach Sync
- PO Sync
- Architect Sync
- System Demos
- Track key metrics:
- Velocity
- Cycle Time
- ART Predictability
๐น Strategic Coaching
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Management, and Architects
- Guide Business Owners on value assignment and strategy alignment
๐น Flow Optimization
- Implement value stream mapping
- Reduce dependencies and improve delivery flow
- Establish pull-based systems
๐น Continuous Improvement
- Drive Inspect & Adapt (I&A) sessions
- Use AgilityInsights TeamHealth assessments
- Maintain ART improvement roadmap
๐น Leadership & Collaboration
- Promote servant leadership and team empowerment
- Ensure psychological safety and collaboration
- Coordinate across ARTs and with Value Management Office (VMO)
๐ฏ Required Qualifications
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) 6.0 Certification (Mandatory)
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) 6.0 Certification (Mandatory)
- AgilityInsights Facilitator Certification (Mandatory)

- Strong Agile & SAFe framework experience
- Excellent facilitation and public speaking skills
- Experience with large-scale Agile transformations
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in Agile tools and flow metrics tracking
