Description
We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in driving engagement and loyalty through creative and effective email and social (influencer marketing) campaigns. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of a prominent brand in the beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Manage email lists, segment audiences, and ensure accurate targeting for campaigns.
Create and maintain content calendars to align email efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding across all email communications.
Design visually appealing and effective email templates that align with brand guidelines.
Utilize email marketing platforms and tools to analyze campaign performance and optimize results.
Respond to customer interactions on social platforms such as TikTok, fostering brand engagement.
Establish loyalty rewards programs to enhance customer retention.
Work onsite in Atlanta, Georgia, with flexibility for remote work on select days.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall email marketing strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing email marketing campaigns and platforms.
Proficiency in using tools such as Salesforce for email design and campaign management.
Strong skills in collaborating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives.
Ability to design engaging and brand-appropriate email templates.
Experience creating and managing content calendars to support marketing efforts.
Familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok for customer engagement.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and implement improvements.
Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, Georgia, with occasional remote flexibility.
