Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Lead Developer
Location: 100% REMOTE
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Compensation: $50.00/hr (W2)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead Power Platform Architect to design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Suite. This role is highly technical, requiring the ability to build advanced Canvas Apps and complex Power Automate cloud flows that integrate with Azure services and large-scale data sources (100k+ records). You will lead design reviews and ensure robust governance and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities
* Solution Architecture: Design and implement advanced Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate cloud flows with complex logic (branching, error handling, logging).
* Integration: Seamlessly integrate flows with Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure SQL, and REST APIs using JSON and web services.
* Azure Connectivity: Leverage Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions to extend Power Platform capabilities.
* Governance & Security: Implement role-based security models and ensure data governance standards are met across all environments.
* ALM: Manage the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process for moving solutions from development to production.
* UI/UX Design: Apply design principles to create responsive, intuitive interfaces for end-users.
Required Qualifications
* Experience: Proven track record in lead development roles within the Power Platform ecosystem.
* Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Dataverse, Power Automate, and Azure Cloud Services.
* Scale: Experience handling large data sources with over 100k records.
* Certifications: PL-100 or PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) are highly preferred.
* Soft Skills: Strong ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical architecture.
