Summary

Technical Expertise:
Strong experience with AWS services (S3, RDS, Bedrock agents), PostgreSQL, and cloud data governance
Advanced analytics including regression, time-series forecasting, multivariate analysis, and classification models
MLOps experience with model deployment, monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines
Experience with simulation and forecasting, especially agent-based models
Data & Analytics Capabilities:
Feature engineering using site performance, historical enrollment, and competitive data
Model evaluation using metrics like AUC, precision/recall, and optimization techniques
Enterprise data integration across internal and external data sources (CTMS, Citeline, epidemiological data)
Master data management, including Golden ID creation and data quality monitoring
Experience Required:
5+ years in pharmaceutical/clinical trial analytics
Strong focus on site selection and non-enrollment prediction
Hands-on experience with clinical operations data systems
