We are seeking an AI/ML Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end AI/ML solutions. This role involves defining enterprise AI reference architectures, partnering with business and engineering leaders to translate use cases into technical solutions, and ensuring all architectures support scalability, performance, and security. The ideal candidate will guide AI adoption and establish best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Define enterprise AI reference architectures for GenAI, ML, NLP, and predictive analytics use cases.
- Select and standardize AI platforms, frameworks, and tools.
- Partner with business, data, and engineering leaders to translate use cases into technical AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data architecture teams to ensure data quality, lineage, and governance for AI workloads.
- Define and enforce Responsible AI principles, including fairness, explainability, and bias mitigation.
- Design and implement MLOps/LLMOps frameworks for CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
- Provide architectural leadership and mentorship to data scientists and ML engineers.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years in data, analytics, or platform architecture roles, with at least 4 years designing and implementing AI/ML solutions at scale. Proven experience deploying AI models into production environments is necessary.
Technical Skills:- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and MLOps tools.
- Experience with data engineering and ETL platforms like Informatica, DataStage, or Spark.
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, containers, and orchestration.
- Solid grasp of enterprise architecture principles and experience with AI governance, model risk, and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Certifications in cloud architecture, AI/ML, or data platforms.
- Experience building AI Centers of Excellence or AI enablement programs.
Work Environment
This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site.
