Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior AI Modernization Engineer to contribute to cross-platform modernization efforts. This role will handle mainframe and .NET modernization initiatives, including executing proof of concepts using AI-assisted methodologies to accelerate delivery and reduce legacy risk. The objective is to establish repeatable architecture patterns and build reusable transformation components that can be adopted at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle mainframe and .NET modernization initiatives.
- Develop and execute proof of concepts using AI-assisted methodologies.
- Contribute to the creation of repeatable architecture patterns for modernization.
- Assist in building reusable transformation components for enterprise-wide adoption.
- Conduct automation-driven code transformation.
- Perform LLM-assisted code reverse engineering and refactoring.
- Support the migration from legacy technology stacks to modern solutions.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET and Mainframe systems. Experience with LLM-assisted code reverse engineering, refactoring, code transformation, and modernization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Java.
- Knowledge of Informatica.
- Familiarity with Python.
- Experience with containerization.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $69.00/hr - $70.00/hr
