Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master who combines deep Agile expertise with a forward-thinking mindset around AI-enabled delivery. This role supports two engineering teams and plays a critical part in evolving how we plan, execute, and continuously improve our work. The ideal candidate is confident, adaptable, technically fluent, and excited to leverage AI tools to elevate team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for two cross-functional engineering teams, partnering closely with Product Owners and technical leads.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and continuously refine team processes, including experimenting with new approaches.
- Act as a strong, constructive voice, challenging the team when needed and inviting challenge in return without defensiveness.
- Champion the adoption of AI tools to streamline delivery, such as summarizing weekly activity and analyzing defects.
- Lead Agile delivery across the teams, facilitating sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Azure DevOps (ADO) to track defects, severity trends, and ownership patterns.
- Help teams improve ticket quality and development workflows.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years as a Scrum Master in technology-related environments such as Digital, ERP, Mobile & Web, or Data Science & Engineering. Experience across multiple teams and workflows is required.
Technical Skills: Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint facilitation, and delivery tracking is required. Candidates must also have experience with AI platforms such as Claude or similar tools (e.g., Copilot) to analyze backlogs, build prompts, and improve team workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, automation, or workflow optimization.
- An early adopter mindset with a passion for AI-augmented Agile delivery.
- Exposure to mobile and ERP environments.
