Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager IV to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program leadership across large-scale, multi-platform environments, SDLC governance, and risk management and a proven ability to define, implement, and deliver complex cross-functional programs on scope, quality, time, and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver programs within scope, quality, time, and budget while managing moderate-probability and moderate-impact risks.
- Lead program-level strategic planning and partner with executive stakeholders for direction and decision-making.
- Resolve complex issues, drive clear communication, and foster team building across functions and levels.
- Manage internal exempt, matrixed employees and contractors to deliver systems and enhancements that meet requirements.
- Oversee scope definition, requirements gathering, estimates, schedules, and budget management.
- Track status, manage issues and risks, execute contingency plans, and provide transparent reporting.
- Maintain effective customer interaction and communications across multiple organizational levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Project estimating, scheduling, tracking, and implementation planning in large organizations.
- Proven people management and team building capabilities.
- Ability to adapt judgment in changing environments and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to learn business processes quickly and collaborate with partners at multiple levels.
- Strong risk assessment and application of management principles to technology and business functions.
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
- Hands-on familiarity with the software development lifecycle and governance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- PMP or PMI certification.
Preferred Skills:
- MBA or related advanced degree.
- Experience leading programs in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
