Job Summary:
• Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to provide technical support in a remote setting. 
• This contract role requires handling software and technical issues, utilizing generic technology tools, and ensuring timely problem resolution. 
• The ideal candidate will be adept at using various communication methods to assist end-users efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer support calls and emails, ensuring effective communication.
• Log support requests accurately in the ticketing system.
• Provide Level 1 support and escalate issues as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues such as printers and monitors.
• Monitor service queues to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:
• Ability to troubleshoot using available tools for problem-solving.
• Experience in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of operating systems and office software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Associate''s degree or two years of service desk experience.
