  • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience, with at least 3+ years dedicated to full-lifecycle ServiceNow SPM (ITBM) implementations.

  • Demonstrated experience leading at least one full-lifecycle, greenfield SPM deployment from discovery through go-live.

  • Deep hands-on design and configuration expertise in Demand Prioritization, Strategic Planning Workspace, Resource Workbenches, and Financial Cost Models.

  • Direct experience implementing or piloting ServiceNow GenAI / Now Assist features in an enterprise environment.

  • Proven ability to articulate design decisions, trade-offs (OOTB vs. custom development), and configuration best practices directly to technical and business stakeholders.

  • Certifications:

    • Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) (Strongly Preferred / Required)

    • Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA)
