🔹 Role Overview
We are seeking a senior AI SDLC Architect to lead the design and implementation of AI-native, agent-driven software engineering ecosystems.
This role will define the target architecture, operating model, and governance for embedding AI across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), enabling large-scale transformation toward autonomous and augmented engineering.
You will work closely with engineering, DevOps, QA, and business teams to build agentic systems that improve velocity, quality, and cost efficiency across the enterprise.
🔹 Good to Have
• Experience with Internal Developer Platforms (Backstage, etc.)
• Exposure to AIOps and observability platforms
• Experience in retail / supply chain / large enterprise ecosystems
• Prior experience in consulting or transformation programs
Prioritize candidates who:
• Have architected end-to-end AI systems (not just built models)
• Have experience integrating AI into real engineering workflows
• Understand agent orchestration, memory, and system design
• Can operate at both strategy and hands-on architecture levels
Avoid candidates who are:
• Pure data scientists without engineering depth
• Limited to PoCs without enterprise-scale implementation
This is not a traditional ML Architect role.
• Platform engineering / DevOps architecture
• AI application architects (LLM-based systems)
• Engineering leaders driving AI transformation
