Typical Day in the Role
Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to provide infrastructure and cloud services support for the Office product group, including incident management and modernization of platforms.
Key projects: This role will contribute to incident management, Azure infrastructure projects, and contractual commitments such as Cosmic and France/Germany programs.
Work closely with global teams, including engineering, product, and support functions, to ensure the successful execution of programs
Ideal Background
Strong communication skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional meetings, present findings to leadership, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Prior technical and PM experience.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates should have technical understanding and strong communication skills.
Best vs. Average: the ideal resume would contain evidence of proactive work, independent problem-solving, and hands-on technical experience beyond just listing skills on paper.
