Summary

T&D Electric Services IT Engineer

New Service Engineer role supporting T&D Electric Services.

Contract Details Start Date: MAY 2026
End Date: December 31, 2026
Contract Type: Hourly T&M
REMOTE is fine. This assignment is no longer a hybrid role. Consultant can live anywhere in the US, must work PST hours. As for being onsite, ideally the candidate would spend some time onsite in the first week or so for training. We can be more flexible on being onsite after that. If and when travel is required, actual associated cost will be reimbursed. Ideally, we d have someone onsite for training purposes (maybe a couple weeks and it would only need to be T-Th, but they could be here M and F if that makes sense travel-wise. Beyond that they could be fully remote.

Citizenship status does not matter - but communication does. We are open to anyone that meets the criteria.

Notes:

The candidates we ve seen so far have lacked some of the project management and/or customer communication skills we re looking for. And/or regarding technical skills, could get there but for this position we are hoping for someone who will need some training on the client way of doing things, but otherwise be knowledgeable enough to hit the ground running.
