Job Requirements
Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - FinancialForce (Certinia) Location: US (Remote) Duration: Long-term Key Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Salesforce Administration expertise. Hands-on experience with FinancialForce (Certinia) modules such as PSA, Accounting, Billing, or ERP. Strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, BRD/FRD preparation, and user story creation. Proficient in Salesforce Administration, including user management, security, Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and custom configurations. Experience working closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams to deliver Salesforce solutions. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience supporting UAT and production releases. Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
