Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Manager - AI/Data Platform Services in Brookfield, WI.

Overview:
We are looking to assist our client in finding a Senior Manager, AI & Data Platform Services in the Greater Milwaukee area. This position will sit in the greater Milwaukee area and requires on site a few days/week.

The Senior Manager, AI & Data Platform Services provides strategic and operational leadership for the engineering, development, administration, and continuous improvement of the company's enterprise AI and data technology platforms.

This position leads a multidisciplinary team of platform architects, software engineers, and platform engineers responsible for delivering secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective enterprise technology services.

The organization's portfolio encompasses Microsoft 365 and its associated productivity, collaboration, automation, analytics, and AI capabilities; Microsoft Fabric and Power BI; and Databricks.

The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with Enterprise IT, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, AI/MLOps, Data Science, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise technology capabilities that enable innovation and business value.

Key Responsibilities:
* Enterprise AI & Data Platform Leadership
* Microsoft 365, AI & Data Platform Services: Provide engineering and operational leadership for Company's enterprise Microsoft ecosystem, encompassing productivity, collaboration, automation, analytics, and AI services; Microsoft 365 Enterprise Services
* Databricks Platform Services: Lead the administration, engineering, and continuous improvement of the company's enterprise Databricks platform
* Enterprise AI Platform Development & Operations
* Platform Engineering & Operational Excellence
* AI FinOps, Consumption Governance & Financial Management
* Security, Governance & Risk Management
* Global Team Leadership & Organizational Development

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
* 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, cloud engineering, software engineering, data platforms, or related disciplines
* 5+ years of experience leading technical engineering, software development, or platform operations teams
* Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-scale cloud, AI, analytics, or data platforms
* Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud architecture, enterprise Microsoft 365 services, identity management, and administrative governance
* Experience with Microsoft Azure and modern enterprise data platforms such as Databricks or Microsoft Fabric

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
