Mobility Technology Analyst

Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare organization, is seeking an IT Specialist for their Nashville, TN location! Candidates should have experience supporting enterprise mobile devices, including phones and tablets, and be comfortable with mobile device management (MDM). This IT Specialist will preferably have experience with Microsoft Intune, Excel including pivot tables, and device enrollment/management, as well as experience troubleshooting issues, coordinating projects, and working across multiple technical teams.

Experience of the right candidate:

Experience supporting or managing enterprise mobile devices.

Experience with mobile device management (MDM) technology.

Familiarity with Microsoft Intune.

Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables.

Strong troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills.

Experience with Tableau or BI tools is a plus.

Healthcare IT experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

Support enterprise mobile devices including phones, tablets, hotspots, and other mobility technology.

Assist with device enrollment and management through Microsoft Intune.

Perform device and service usage audits and identify opportunities for optimization.

Maintain and analyze device data using Excel and pivot tables.

Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions across technical teams.

Balance planned project work with day-to-day operational requests.

Support mobility projects, technology initiatives, and go-live activities.
