Summary

Requirements
  • 10 or more years of experience in managing large-scale IT implementation projects within enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and overseeing feature-driven software development sprints.
  • Experience with SDLC artifact development and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Experience in PMP certification standards and professional project management frameworks.
  • Experience with risk assessment, issue tracking, and contingency planning for multi-million dollar initiatives.
  • Experience in Scrum Master practices and tracking progress against project timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive project plans for high-value software efforts.
  • Facilitate the SDLC process to ensure technical deliverables align with organizational business needs.
  • Lead regular project team meetings and provide strategic status updates to executive sponsors.
  • Research and analyze complex technical facts to devise solutions for difficult enterprise problems.
  • Maintain productive relationships with multiple project sponsors and diverse stakeholders.
  • Summarize and escalate technical issues while ensuring assignments remain within defined timelines.
  • Document all project aspects including budgeting, technical specifications, and risk mitigation strategies.
