JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Health Data Services Strategy Manager to lead enterprise healthcare analytics and digital health initiatives. This role will drive the development and execution of data analytics strategies that support clinical excellence, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and health equity across the organization.

The ideal candidate will oversee a multidisciplinary team of data analysts, reporting specialists, and digital health professionals responsible for enterprise reporting, advanced analytics, dashboards, performance metrics, and digital innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise healthcare data analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Manage and prioritize the daily workload of analytics and digital health teams.

• Oversee the design, development, validation, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.

• Support data governance, data quality, and reporting standardization initiatives.

• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to define data-driven outcomes and performance indicators.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and healthcare data standards.

• Identify opportunities to leverage analytics to improve health equity and operational performance.

• Oversee integration of Electronic Health Record (EHR) data with enterprise data warehouses.

• Provide strategic guidance for digital health initiatives, including patient engagement and telehealth analytics.

• Monitor project budgets and prepare cost estimates for analytics initiatives.

• Represent the Health IT division in governance committees and executive-level meetings.

• Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and community partners.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, healthcare IT, digital health, or performance reporting.

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing analytics or technical teams.

• Strong experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR), preferably Epic.

• Experience developing executive dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.

• Experience integrating EHR data with enterprise data warehouses and other healthcare data sources.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory reporting such as CMS, DHCS, HCAI, and public health reporting requirements.

• Experience translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master s degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

• Experience working in government healthcare organizations or public health systems.

• Experience supporting safety-net hospitals or public health reporting environments.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare quality metrics and performance measurement frameworks.
