IBM BAW Lead Developer

Job Description
Experienced IBM BAW Onsite Lead responsible for designing, developing workflow solutions using IBM BAW Platform. The lead developer will work closely with business stakeholders, architects and cross-functional teams to create user-friendly and efficient process applications that integrate with enterprise systems. The lead developer should have extensive experience in IBM BAW Production Support as well as BAW development. The workflow implementation will be on Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA).
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Development: Design, develop and implement business workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow.
User Interface Design: Design and implement user interfaces for workflow applications, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.
Integration: Integrate IBM BAW with other systems and applications as part of end-to-end business processes.
Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and streamline business workflows.
Implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
Implement business rules and decision logic within the workflow processes
Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, system administrators and other development teams to deliver comprehensive workflow solutions
Good to have knowledge of Banking Financial Services domain.
Coordinate with onsite and offshore for seamless delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
IBM BAW Platform
Minimum 8+ years of IBM BAW development experience.
Strong in UI development proficiency in UI frameworks like React, Angular, Bootstrap and JavaScript.
Experience in IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) and good understanding on Container Platform.
