1. Senior Project Manager – JD (CDPH SCM Project)
Senior Project Manager will provide end-to-end program leadership for the CDPH SCM implementation, ensuring delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and compliance requirements.
 Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Governance
•    Lead overall project planning, execution, and delivery
•    Manage scope, schedule, cost, and resources
•    Establish project governance, reporting, and escalation structure
•    Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) 
Stakeholder & Client Management
•    Act as primary interface with:
o    CDPH Product Owner
o    ITSD
o    Executive stakeholders
•    Conduct weekly status reviews and executive reporting
•    Manage stakeholder expectations and approvals (WOA, deliverables)  
 Delivery Oversight Oversee:
o    Data migration
o    Integration
o    D365 SCM implementation
•    Drive milestone-based execution across Agile sprints
•    Ensure compliance with:
o    CDPH security standards (FIDO2, RBAC)
o    DSCSA requirements
•    Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution
Experience Requirements
•    12–18+ years IT experience
•    10+ years project/program management
•    5+ years in large ERP / D365 / SCM projects
•    3+ years in Government / Healthcare
•    PMP mandatory (as per RFO)
