Business Analyst (Functional + Testing) – JD
Business Analyst will drive functional analysis, process design, testing, and user enablement for CDPH SCM solution.

•    Process analyst
Key Responsibilities
Functional Analysis (Core Role)
•    Lead requirements gathering and validation
•    Perform:
o    As-Is / To-Be process mapping
o    GAP analysis
•    Translate requirements into:
o    Functional specifications
o    User stories
o    Acceptance criteria  
D365 SCM Functional Design
•    Map business processes into:
o    Inventory workflows
o    Order lifecycle
o    Warehouse processes
•    Define:
o    Barcode workflows
o    Reporting requirements
Testing Responsibilities (Critical for this JD)
•    Lead and support:
o    SIT (System Integration Testing)
o    UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
•    Activities:
o    Test case creation
o    Test execution
o    Defect tracking
o    Validation & sign-off
•    Testing is part of RFO delivery lifecycle (SIT, UAT, readiness)  
Data Migration Support
•    Define:
o    Data mapping
o    Validation rules
•    Support:
o    Reconciliation
o    Data quality checks
Training & User Enablement
•    Create:
o    Training materials
o    User guides
•    Conduct:
o    User training sessions
o    Adoption support
Experience Requirements
•   12–15+ years IT experience
•    6+ years business analysis
•    4+ years in D365 / ERP projects
•    Strong SCM functional knowledge
•    3+ years testing (SIT/UAT)
