Responsibilities
  • Lead and engage in all phases of the software development life cycle, from planning to support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system scope and objectives.
  • Develop high-quality, scalable code using modern programming languages.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Ensure compliance with programming, design, and quality control standards.
  • Analyze business requirements to determine technical solutions.
  • Participate in design and code review sessions to enhance system processes.
  • Support system and user acceptance testing, including issue resolution.
  • Maintain and enhance applications, including on-call production support.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience with Oracle EBS platform development and deployment.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Java Programming and OA Framework.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile development environments.
  • Experience with WSO2 and Kintana/HP PPM deployment tools.
  • Knowledge of Oracle distribution applications suite, such as Procure to Pay and iProcurement.
