Role Overview
This role leads the design, development, and automation of end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions. We are seeking a confident, self-driven technical leader who can mentor junior developers, drive complex projects independently, and communicate with stakeholders. The position involves consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and automation of the end-to-end development cycle to create Power reports and dashboards.
- Automate data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
- Automate refreshes, monitoring, error handling, and data quality controls.
- Design, build, test, and support automated ETL pipelines for Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards.
- Enable self-service analytics through scalable reporting solutions and reusable data assets.
- Integrate and transform data from enterprise sources using reusable, scalable ingestion patterns.
- Optimize Power BI data models and implement data quality, lineage, security, and governance controls.
- Optimize semantic models, metadata, and business definitions to improve AI-driven analytics and natural language query experiences.
- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Analytics challenges.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Technical Skills:Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Power BI development experience.
- Strong data modeling and documentation skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and ETL processes.
