Detailed Job Description:
Role Overview: We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong experience in Databricks and modern data tools, who excels at translating data into meaningful business insights. This role is focused on insight generation, data understanding, and BI/AI-oriented analytics, rather than heavy statistical modeling or advanced machine learning.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of business processes, data dependencies, and data lifecycle, and be capable of developing accurate, reliable metrics and intuitive visualizations, along with supporting conversational and self-service analytics experiences.

Key Responsibilities
⦁ Analyze data to derive actionable business insights and support decision-making.
⦁ Work with Databricks (SQL, Notebooks, Delta Tables) to explore, transform, and validate data.
⦁ Develop and maintain business metrics, KPIs, and features, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
⦁ Design and build interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
⦁ Understand end-to-end data flows and upstream systems to ensure data quality and integrity.
⦁ Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
⦁ Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation to ensure trustworthy outputs.
⦁ Interpret and present data insights in a clear, narrative-driven manner, including conversational insights.
⦁ Support AI/BI initiatives by preparing curated datasets and enabling insight generation layers.
⦁ Document data definitions, transformations, and lineage for transparency and governance.
⦁ Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in data to proactively inform stakeholders.
