Must have MVVM Light ToolKit
Must have Sync fusion Controls
Must have Rabbit MQ
Must be able to test the code that is written
Must be able to participate in meetings and recommend and assist with business changes
Must manage and be accountable for deliverables
Solves complex programming problems, developing new techniques.
