## Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, track program milestones, mitigate risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
## Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute programs from initiation through delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across projects.
- Define program goals, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
- Communicate program status, issues, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage resource allocation, change requests, and project priorities.
- Drive process improvements and ensure successful program outcomes.
## Required Skills
- Proven experience in program or project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
## Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
