Help Desk Analyst
4+ month contractBloomington, MN (Onsite) Key Responsibilities:- Provide frontline IT support for end-user incidents and service requests (in-person, phone, email, Teams).
- Perform device setup, imaging, configuration, deployment and troubleshooting for laptops and peripherals.
- Package, ship, receive and track IT equipment for remote and office-based employees.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including provisioning and recovery of equipment.
- Assist with inventory management, asset tracking and stock replenishment.
- Troubleshoot common issues relating to Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, VPN, printers and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation and ensure timely resolution or escalation of issues.
- Provide hands-on support for the Mall of America office, including conference room and workplace technology assistance.
Required Skills & Experience:- Previous Help Desk, IT Support or Desktop Support experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience supporting Windows devices and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT asset management processes.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks such as equipment setup, packaging and shipping.
- Self-starter who can work independently with limited supervision.
Preferred:- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD) and device provisioning.
- Experience supporting hybrid work environments.
- Basic knowledge of networking and endpoint security tools.
