Job description:
•Lead end-to-end design and development of applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
•Define and enforce coding standards, architectural best practices, and design patterns
•Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
•Perform code reviews, ensure quality, performance, and security of applications
•Manage and mentor the India-based development team, including task allocation, technical guidance, and performance feedback
•Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment across time zones
•Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis
•Guide the team on database design and optimization using SQL
•Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployments, and modern DevOps practices
•Participate in hiring, onboarding, and capability building for the offshore team
