Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. QA Analyst with at least 8+ years of IT experience and Healthcare experience working with EDI.
Top Desired Skills:
1.) 8+ years of Manual Testing experience
2.) 8+ years of experience with electronic data interchange (EDI) duties such as file transfer protocols, working with integration points on legacy and modern systems as well as general healthcare domain experience.
3.) strong SFTP experience as well as end-to-end system testing in larger environments
Virginia DMAS recently awarded their large FAS (Fiscal Agent Services) RFP to the incumbent, Conduent. This is their core claims and financials module that is now part of their MES (Medicaid Enterprise Services) module. This technology has traditionally resided on the mainframe and the new scope will work to migrate this over to a cloud-based platform on Microsoft Azure.
- Needs an EDI/Testing Specialist to work with the vendor to coordinate with external DMAS vendors, MES Module vendors, Conduent, other vendors, etc.
- They will help set up connectivity for file transfers and trading partner testing (interface testing), communicate with external entities to coordinate testing and as well as validation.
- The resource will need to understand SFTP, file transfer protocols, manual testing, integration points on legacy and modern systems as well as general healthcare experience.
- They will worm within the Systems Development group at DMAS and interact heaving with the Testing and Development teams as well as the external stakeholders.
