Sr. Software Engineer

Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a collaborative team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where you will help shape and enhance a high-impact, customer-facing enterprise platform. This position offers the opportunity to contribute technical leadership, influence engineering standards, and drive meaningful improvements in an Agile development environment. The ideal candidate brings strong full-stack expertise, a quality-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively across web, mobile, and backend systems.

Responsibilities:
Drive the design, development, and ongoing support of new features for a prominent enterprise application while partnering closely with Agile team members.
Build and refine automated test coverage, and perform hands-on validation activities such as acceptance and regression testing to maintain dependable releases.
Review peer code submissions, offer thoughtful technical guidance, and help uphold strong engineering practices across the team.
Assess incoming work, define technical tasks, and provide realistic effort estimates to support planning for roadmap priorities and client needs.
Identify process, architecture, and tooling enhancements that improve team productivity, software quality, and long-term maintainability.
Investigate system behavior across different environments and implement performance improvements that strengthen stability and user experience.
Collaborate across web, iOS, Android, and backend dependencies to keep releases coordinated and the broader platform operating smoothly.
Communicate with stakeholders and clients to clarify requirements, align technical solutions with business goals, and provide consulting-oriented support.

Requirements

Qualifications:

5+ years of software engineering experience, including a background leading or guiding development efforts in Agile teams.

Strong full-stack development experience spanning user interfaces, backend services, and database-driven applications within enterprise environments.

Proficiency with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and React.js, with the ability to work across multiple languages and frameworks as needed.

Interest in emerging AI engineering practices and a willingness to explore innovative approaches that advance product and team capabilities.

Hands-on experience with automated testing, continuous integration and delivery practices, and modern deployment workflows.

Demonstrated ability to evaluate technical options, solve complex problems, and balance implementation effort with business value.

Strong communication skills with experience collaborating directly with clients, partners, and cross-functional team members.
