About the Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and J2EE technologies
Build and support backend services with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA/Hibernate
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate with databases, third-party systems, and cloud services
Perform unit testing, code reviews, application performance tuning, and issue troubleshooting
Support deployment, automation, and maintenance activities across Unix/Linux environments and modern CI/CD workflows
Qualifications:
7 to 9 years of experience in Java application development
Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Oracle databases, and basic Unix knowledge
Experience developing enterprise applications with strong application development skills
Desired Skills:
Experience with Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA/Hibernate
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service, or other Azure cloud services
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Couchbase
Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps automation
Knowledge of Shell Script or Bash, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or Azure Active Directory
Exposure to AI tools or AI agent integration in application development
