RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for an Integration Specialist to come aboard a contract opportunity with one of our clients in Saint Louis, MO.
Summary:
The Integration Specialist assists in the onboarding of a Financial Advisor (FA) and their team with the goal of transitioning the FA's book of clients from their previous firm to &Partners in a timely and successful manner. This is a role that requires extensive travel to be on-site in a new office to open accounts, facilitate account opening and transfer process and assist in the training of the FAs and their staff on our systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of experience in Brokerage and Client Services/Operations
* General understanding of securities regulations and operations
* Strong demonstrated focus on providing exemplary client service; Excellent intra-personal skills and proficiencies with written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills required
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with financial systems a plus. i.e. CRM systems, Financial Planning tools, Performance Reporting
* High proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Strong independent decision-making and problem solving
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
